About the service
Is SaudiRealtor a real estate broker?
No. We are a matching service that sends your request to licensed brokers. We do not sell or advertise property, and we do not set prices.
How many brokers will contact me?
Up to three licensed brokers working in your area, or the number you choose in the request.
Is the service free?
Yes — the request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Commission is agreed with the broker you choose, if you choose one.
How do I know a broker is licensed?
We check every partner’s FAL licence before accepting them, and you can check the licence number yourself through the Real Estate General Authority’s official channels.
Do you list properties for sale?
No, we publish no property ads. If you are looking for a property to buy, choose the buyer’s broker service.
What happens to my data?
We share it only with the brokers who receive your request, so they can contact you about it. Read our privacy policy.
Requests and follow-up
How long does sending a request take?
About two minutes: five short steps about what you want, the property and location, timing, number of offers and contact details.
When will brokers contact me?
Typically shortly after we review the request; it varies with your city, property type and which brokers are available.
Will the broker view the property?
Usually yes, before giving a final view on price — which makes their estimate more accurate.
Do I need to know the expected price?
No — the expected price is optional in the request, and brokers will give you their view.
Can I change or cancel my request?
Yes — email us through the contact page, or let the brokers know directly that you’ve changed your mind.
The agreement and the deal
Who do I sign the agreement with?
Directly with the broker you choose. We are not a party to the brokerage agreement or the deal.
What should the brokerage agreement include?
Commission and who pays it, term, exclusivity, the broker’s obligations and termination. Read the brokerage agreement guide.
What is the broker’s commission?
It is agreed between the parties within what the rules allow. Read broker commission explained.
Do you guarantee the sale price or time?
No — nobody can. The price is set by the market and negotiation.
Privacy and data
Who sees my details?
Just the brokers your request goes to, and only after you agree. See our privacy policy.
Do you send my details to analytics tools?
We never send names, phone numbers, emails or expected prices to analytics — only general information about the request.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email the privacy address listed in our privacy policy.
