In every city in the Kingdom there are owners who want to sell a villa, apartment or land, let and manage their property, or learn its value. The owner sends us a request with the property type, city and district, size, timing and what they want — and we pass it to up to three suitable partners.
We work only with brokers and brokerage firms holding a valid FAL licence, licensed property managers and certified valuers. We verify the licence or accreditation before any request reaches you.

No — we verify the licence or accreditation first, and walk you through the process and terms before any request arrives.
Can we register without a FAL licence?
Not as a broker, brokerage firm or property manager. We work only with licensed parties.
Will my firm be listed on the site?
No. The site carries no broker listings or ratings, and we endorse no one; requests go to suitable partners, and the owner compares and decides.
Do you publish property ads?
No, we publish no ads or prices. You market the property after agreeing with the owner, under the real estate advertising rules.
How many partners receive the same request?
Up to three partners, or the number the owner chooses.
