About us

A shorter way to a real estate broker you can trust

When you decide to sell or let your property, the search begins: many brokers whose experience you do not know, explaining the same property to each one again, and offers you cannot compare because each broker heard a different story. We built SaudiRealtor so you describe your property once, the same description reaches up to three licensed brokers in your area, and you can focus on comparing and deciding.

What we do

You tell us what you want, your property type, city and district, size and timing, and we pass your request to licensed brokers working in your area and property type. They contact you with their offers: commission, marketing plan, how they estimate the price and their agreement terms.

We are a matching service only: not a real estate broker. We do not sell or let property, publish property ads or prices, show broker ratings or rankings, or endorse any particular broker. Our job is to deliver a clear request to the right brokers, and to support you with guides such as selling a property step by step and how to choose a real estate broker.

What we believe in

  • Clarity before promises

Commission, tax and costs explained simply, with no misleading figures and no promised price or timeline — which is why our selling costs page quotes no rates.

  • Licensing first

We only work with brokers holding a valid FAL licence, and every guide reminds you to check it yourself.

  • Fair comparison

One description for every broker makes offers comparable on the same basis.

  • Privacy and freedom to decide

Your details go only to brokers linked to your request, and only with your consent. Requesting offers commits you to nothing.

We work with licensed brokers

We are building a network of brokerage firms, licensed individual brokers, property managers and certified valuers in each city, and we check the FAL licence or valuation accreditation before accepting any partner. Even so, check the broker’s licence yourself before signing, and ask for a written brokerage agreement.
